After you become a new client, you’ll be sent links to the questionnaires needed to execute your project. We'll review what you submit, come up with a strategy and game plan, then have a Zoom meeting to discuss the plan and make sure everyone is on the same page about the direction we're headed. We'll work our magic, and in just week, we'll hop on Zoom once again, share our screen, and reveal to you your brand new website! We'll walk you through each page and demo the systems that we we set up. This is an opportunity for you to give feedback. The website will be ready to go live right out the gate, but sometimes clients want to make changes before launching officially.

After the reveal, you'll be sent a 'demo link'. Here is where you can take your time and comb through the website and pin comments and revision requests exactly where you want to see changes made. Updates will be made to your site within 2 days of submitting feedback.

You are allotted two rounds of revisions. We suggest saving your second round for after the website goes live and your business has a chance to operate with the new systems. That way you can notice any holes or changes that you'd like to be made to the new systems & automations.

After the new site is launched, you will receive priority tech support for four weeks. The second round of revisions requests need to be made within these four weeks. Don't worry, we'll send reminders of everything that needs to be done!

The time it takes to launch a new custom website system entirely depends on how long it takes you to submit all the materials that we request from you (website questionnaires, supporting documents and photos), and later, how long it takes you to submit your revision requests. If two-factor authentication is enabled on any of your accounts that we'll need to connect, you should either disable that temporarily or be available during normal business hours to grant us access to prevent delays.

If the website questionnaires, supporting documents and photos are submitted within 1 day of you signing on, and revision requests are submitted within 1 day of the reveal, your new website will completely ready to launch in a little more than a week - just 10 days. Remember, you will walk away with a beautiful brand new website AND a customized backend system to run many aspects of your business on autopilot.

The investment of a new business website typically ranges from $2k - $6k. We land right in the middle at $3500. In most cases, this is the only thing you will pay for one year unless you need premium integrations or features that are outside of the normal scope of work as outlined throughout the other FAQ's. After the first year, you will be responsible for maintaining your hosting, domain, and email which averages to about $35/mo. If you want to purchase additional services, you may do so and the applicable fees will apply:

• 3 day rush delivery $995

• Additional pages/elements $150-$475 each

• Monthly Website Maintenance Retainer package (optional): $295

If your project gets off track, you will incur additional fees as outlined below:

• You are allowed 30 days from your project's start date to submit all materials or incur a $275 Timeliness Surcharge. After 90 days, your project will be terminated

• To discourage clients and emerging entrepreneurs from falling into the traps of procrastination or 'analysis paralysis', any project that spans more than 6 weeks (commonly due to delays in submitting materials or severe directional changes) will incur a $275 Timeliness Surcharge.
  

You may offset the cost by referring other service businesses that could use our help and earn cash for each one!

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment. After that, we start allotting resources towards your project. So if you change your mind and cancel after the grace period, you will not be refunded any deposits you paid, but at least you will not be obligated to continue making payments. There are no refunds allowed on work that has already begun and/or issued out. Remaining balances are due before transferring ownership to your new website, but you will be granted admin access to your website while your payment plan is still active.

Once your website has been delivered to you, we will walk you through the backend and teach you all you need to know about making edits and changes. Your dashboard portal will be very user friendly, so you'll get the hang of it in no time!

We'll record the Zoom walkthrough and store it on the backend of your website so you can always use it as a reference if you need a reminder.

Besides that, we're here to support your success. If you encounter any issues or have questions, our team is available to assist you in ensuring your website continues to meet your evolving needs. Of course, if you would like Joy's team to maintain your site and keep it updated for you instead, we can arrange that too!

Photos: You'll need to provide clear, well lit photos of your:

• product and services

• lifestyle photos

• logos, graphics, style guides.

• photos from your branding photoshoot

Whatever you don't have, we'll supplement from our source of high quality, diverse, wouldn't-even-guess-they're-stock, stock photos.

Questionnaires: Fill out the questionnaires we'll send via email. These forms gather information about your business, products, services & design preferences. You can upload pictures to these forms as well and you can fill them out right from your phone or computer.

Login Credentials: In order for us to connect everything, we have to have admin access to the accounts. You'll need to provide username and passwords via a secured encrypted form and turn off two-factor authentication to your:

• social media accounts if you want to display your feed on your site.

• email accounts that integrate to your scheduling calendars.

• current domain registrar & website hosting account (if applicable).

• Any other software you'd like to integrate (Acuity, AislePlanner, Dubsado, Gsuite, Zoom, Stripe, Square, typeform, Google forms, etc)
